2. Information we collect

2.1 Log files

Like almost every website, SUNO.click follows a standard procedure of using log files. When you request a page, the hosting server automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, the page requested, and the date and time of the request. This information is not linked to anything that personally identifies you beyond the IP address itself. It is used to keep the site secure, diagnose problems, prevent abuse and understand general usage, and it is kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.

2.2 Information you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you include, and the content of your message. We use this only to reply and to handle your request. Messages are kept as long as needed for the conversation and then deleted within a reasonable time, unless we need to keep them for legal reasons.

2.3 Tools on this site

The delay and reverb calculator runs entirely in your browser. The tempo values you enter are not sent to us and are not stored.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. SUNO.click itself does not set cookies to track you. Third-party services, mainly Google's advertising services, may set and read cookies or use similar technologies such as web beacons, pixel tags, local storage and device identifiers when ads are displayed.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will keep working if you do, although ads may be less relevant to you.

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google is a third-party vendor on this site.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies, including the DoubleClick (DART) cookie, enables it and its partners to serve ads to our visitors based on their visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings.
  • You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices or, in Europe, www.youronlinechoices.eu.
  • When personalized advertising is turned off, Google may still show non-personalized ads, which can use cookies or similar technologies for frequency capping, aggregated ad reporting and combating fraud and abuse.
  • Google may work with other certified ad technology vendors. You can learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and in Google's advertising policies.

We do not control the cookies used by Google or other advertisers, and we do not have access to the information they collect. Their use of that information is governed by their own privacy policies.

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you will see a consent message provided through a Google-certified consent management platform before advertising cookies are used for personalized ads. You can accept, reject or customize your choices, and you can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the privacy settings link shown on the page or by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.

7. Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased;
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that happened before;
  • lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Because we hold very little data, most requests will concern emails you have sent us. For advertising data collected by Google, the fastest route is Google's own controls, linked above. To make a request to us, email contact@suno.click. We will respond within one month.

8. Your rights under the CCPA / CPRA (California residents)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected about you, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising cookies set by Google may be considered "sharing" under California law. You can opt out by using Google's Ads Settings, the opt-out tools linked in section 4, a browser that sends the Global Privacy Control signal, or any opt-out control displayed on this site. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Visitors in other US states with similar privacy laws can use the same options.

9. How information is shared

We share information only with:

  • our hosting provider, which operates the servers that deliver the site;
  • Google and its certified partners, for advertising as described above;
  • authorities, if we are legally required to do so.

10. International transfers

Google and other service providers may process information in countries outside your own, including the United States. These providers use legal safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or recognized adequacy frameworks where required.

11. Data retention

Server logs are kept for a limited period determined by our hosting provider. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Advertising cookies are retained according to Google's policies and your browser settings.

12. Children's information

SUNO.click is not directed at children under 13, or under 16 in parts of the EEA. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Guides may link to other websites, such as plugin developers or standards organizations. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their policies.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will always show the latest version.
